MEDIA TRAININGby Revelation Lab

Practice the interview before it becomes the story.

AI media training for communications teams, busy spokespeople and people preparing on their own.

This tool puts your messages into a conversation. Rehearse with an AI reporter, examine the story your answers could produce and work on the answer that needs another attempt.

Different roles. The same interview to prepare for.

For communications teams

Give each interview a shared preparation brief. Set the messages, assign practice and review the results you are permitted to see. Keep the work tied to the interview your spokesperson is preparing for.

Explore team preparation

For busy spokespeople

Start with the conversation coming up. Say your answer, face a follow-up and review where it left the reporter. A short rehearsal gives you a specific answer to work on before you go into the real interview.

Prepare your interview

For people preparing on their own

You do not need a team assignment to practice. Bring your own topic or choose a scenario. Work on explaining your decision, answering a difficult question or making a point someone can quote.

From the brief to the answer you would give.

Practice around your situation, your key messages and the questions you need to answer.

  1. Prepare the messages

Describe the interview or choose a practice scenario. Bring the points you want people to understand.

  2. Answer the reporter

Answer in your own words. The AI reporter asks questions and follows up on what you say.

  3. Read the debrief and try again

Review the predicted headline, six scores and coaching. When the debrief identifies a specific answer to fix, retry that exact question.

Choose the preparation that fits the job.

Notes tell you what to say. Rehearsal shows what happens when the reporter follows up.

A media coach and an AI chat can help with preparation. The tool connects your brief to a reporter interview, a predicted headline, a graded debrief and an exact question to retry. Use it alongside the preparation you already do.

Frequently asked questions

What is this media training tool?

This AI media training tool from Revelation Lab is built for communications teams, spokespeople and people preparing on their own. You prepare your messages, rehearse with an AI reporter and review a debrief of your answers before a real interview.

Who is it for?

Communications teams can use it to organize interview preparation and assign practice. Busy spokespeople can rehearse an upcoming interview. People preparing on their own can start with a fictional scenario or their own topic.

What does the debrief show?

A completed graded rehearsal includes a predicted headline and six scores: message discipline, framing control, question resolution, specificity and evidence, pressure handling, and credibility signaling. Coaching can identify an answer to work on. When a specific answer is identified, you can retry its exact question.

Can I use it alongside a media trainer?

Yes. Rehearsal can give you material to review with your trainer or communications lead. AI feedback is a practice aid. It does not replace a coach's judgment, your organization's review or advice about a sensitive disclosure.

Does a predicted headline tell me what a journalist will publish?

No. It is an AI-generated interpretation of the practice interview. It helps you examine how your answers could be understood. It is not a forecast of coverage, an actual article or a guarantee that your messages will appear in a story.

Who can see my practice answers?

Your transcript and coaching results are saved. Before practice, the consent notice explains AI processing and who can see the results. For an assigned interview, review the stated sharing settings. Read the notice and privacy page before using sensitive material.

Can I see the product before creating an account?

Yes. The sample interviews are scripted text walkthroughs using fictional situations. They show the interview and debrief flow. They are not live AI sessions or evidence of customer results. Create an account to start your own practice.

Bring the question you hope they will not ask.

Start with your own interview, or look through a fictional sample to see how practice works.
